RELAY DATES

The American Cancer Society is holding its Relay for Life in Fallon on June 17-18 at Churchill County Middle School’s track and infield.

The Relay For Life movement is the world’s largest fundraising event to fight every cancer in every community.

Cancer is something we can’t ignore as 1 in 2 men and 1 in 3 women will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime. It is the vision of the American Cancer Society to see a world free from the pain and suffering of cancer and it is our purpose to achieve it.

The Relay For Life of Fallon is able to raise funds that go toward prevention, programs and services, and, of course, research. With your help, Relay for Life can continue to be innovative and think outside of the box with research.

We can continue to give support to those that are newly diagnosed, going through treatment or are caregiving for a loved one. But most of all with your help, Relay can continue to give hope that one day the residents of Churchill County and communities around the world will not have to hear the words “you have cancer.”
