Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for May 27. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:

Comstock Country RV Resort, 5400 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

CVS Pharmacy, 3240 E. Highway 50, scored 100 points.

One Stop Food Mart, 3150 E. Nye Lane, scored 100 points.

Slotworld, sports bar, 3879 E. Highway 50, scored 100 points.

Thick Slice Pizza, 2010 E. William St., scored 100 points.

Arco ampm, 4340 N. Carson St., scored 99 points. A leak was found in the soda dispenser system in the back storage room.

Slotworld, The Pub, 3879 E. Highway 50, scored 99 points. The interior surfaces of cabinets needed to be cleaned.

Jacks Valley Elementary School, 701 Jacks Valley Road, scored 97 points. Boxed food was found under a leaky pipe — which needed to be repaired — in the walk-in freezer. A lid opener needed to be replaced.

Papa Murphy’s Take and Bake Pizza, 1894 E. Highway 50, Suite 5, scored 93 points. An inadequate level of chlorine residual was found in the three compartment sink, corrected on site. The employee bathroom door was not self closing.

Pho Country, 2495 N. Carson St., scored 92 points. Not all foods were properly labeled, dated and covered. The cooking bank and can opener needed to be cleaned. Garbage storage container lids as well as the grease receptacle lid were not closed.

Slotworld, Betsy’s Cafe, 3879 E. Highway 50, scored 88 points. The refrigerator under the flat grill was operating at an improper temperature. There was no chlorine residual in the final rinse cycle of the dishwasher. Biofilm was found in ice machines. There were not enough disinfectant buckets set up for wiping and sanitizing kitchen surfaces.
