Brian Williams, Founder of Think Kindness, visiting Carson City Nov. 9

An inspirational presentation by Brian Williams of Think Kindness is planned from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 9 in the Bob Boldrick Theater at the Carson City Community Center.

Williams, a Reno resident who has been featured on MTV, NBC, ESPN and in USA Today, has spoken to over 275,000 students around the country and traveled to Africa nine times. He has collected over 300,000 pairs of shoes for children around the world. He is the founder of Think Kindness, a campaign that inspires measurable acts of kindness in schools and communities around the world.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. The family event is open to the public.
