Voter instructions: Obtain your ballot from clerk, you have 10 minutes to vote, stamp the cross “X” after the name for which you wish to vote, cross must be made in black ink. If there is other writing or marking, it will invalidate your ballot. Then fold your ballot before leaving the booth, see that the number is on the outside and then deliver your ballot, folded — with the stamp, ink and ink-pad to the Inspector and give your name.

Comstock revival: Virginia City locals would like to see the town with more 19th century touches — such as Victorian gaslights, a no power poles and utility wires, the return of the International Hotel and “C” Street without cars parked on both sides of the street. All of the projects hope to revive the town’s nightlife and encourage tourists to spend the night.
