Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Man arrested on suspicion of kidnapping, false imprisonment

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

TUESDAY

At 1:08 p.m., a 45-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of destruction of property after deputies responded to reports of a broken window near the 1400 block of N. Carson Street. Bail was set at $2,500.

At 5 p.m., a 50-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of ex-felon failed to register after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Dan and Roop streets. Bail was set at $150.

At 6:47 p.m., Darian Goldman, 23, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony kidnapping, false imprisonment and domestic battery after deputies responded to reports of a woman screaming near the 400 block of Saliman Road. Bail was set at $105,500.

At 11:56 p.m., Kevin Shaw, 38, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony violation of a suspended sentence after deputies conducted a warrant service near the 3100 block of College Parkway. No bail was set.

WEDNESDAY

At 12:03 a.m., a 47-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of violation of a suspended sentence after deputies conducted a warrant service near the 1900 block of N. Carson Street. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 3:17 a.m., a 42-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery, trespassing and obstruction near the 5100 block of Convair. Bail was set at $3,450.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
