Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Italian sausage on hoagie rolls, onions and peppers, mixed vegetables and berries in a cloud.

TUESDAY: Beef patties on whole wheat buns, tomatoes, onion and lettuce, fat-free mayonnaise, low-sodium ketchup, baked beans and cantaloupe chunks.

WEDNESDAY: Clam chowder, turkey sandwich halves, house salad and fresh fruit.

THURSDAY: Vegetable lasagna, garlic bread sticks, spinach and spiced apples.

FRIDAY: Chicken cordon bleu, scalloped potatoes, spinach, apricots, cake and ice cream.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Herb baked chicken, baked potatoes, sour cream, chives, vegetable medley, whole wheat bread, peach butter, apples and milk.

TUESDAY: Chili beans, sour cream, cheddar cheese, onions, carrots, corn bread, margarine, Waldorf salad and grape juice.

WEDNESDAY: Sweet and sour pork, brown rice pilaf, steamed cauliflower, layered salad, whole wheat bread, margarine, peaches and milk.

THURSDAY: Patty melts on rye bread, baked fries, carrot salad and mixed fruit.

FRIDAY: Beef stroganoff with noodles, veggie salad, carrots, Mandarin oranges, Jell-O and cookies.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Beef vegetable soup, rye crisp bread, sweet Italian sausage with red peppers and onions, polenta, broccoli, mixed green salad with Italian dressing and bananas.

TUESDAY: Herb crusted pork chops, baked yams, green beans, pear halves and dinner rolls.

WEDNESDAY: Meatloaf, salad with dried cranberries, au gratin potatoes, Brussels sprouts and banana cream pie.

THURSDAY: N/A

FRIDAY: N/A

Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:

MONDAY: Ham and beans, spinach salad, dressing, corn bread, margarine, cottage cheese and pears.

TUESDAY: Teriyaki chicken, fried rice, layered salad and fresh oranges.

WEDNESDAY: Mexican meatballs, brown rice, seasoned zucchini, garden salad, low-fat Caesar dressing, corn tortillas and fresh papaya.

THURSDAY: Oven fried chicken, cauliflower and cheese sauce, biscuits, margarine, apple juice and peach Melba.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9:30: Eggs, hash browns, whole wheat bagels, cream cheese, strawberry jelly and pineapple.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Baked potato soup, roast beef, cheese and fruit.

TUESDAY: Chicken Alfredo, broccoli, garlic bread, salad and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Flounder in cilantro sauce, Spanish rice, refried beans, tortillas, salad and fruit cups.

THURSDAY: Turkey pot pies, salad, bread and baked apples.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Sub sandwiches, potato salad and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, vegetables, biscuits and cookies.

TUESDAY: Tacos, ranch style beans, corn and orange rice pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Country style spare ribs, potato salad, vegetables and biscuits.

THURSDAY: Cheeseburger skillet, salad, dinner rolls and fruit cocktail.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 p.m.: Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwiches, beans, macaroni and cheese, salad and sherbet.
