Linda Suzette Tsoodle Meyer, “Red Bug Lady,” born January 9, 1956 in Oceanside, California to Vernon and Jimmie Tsoodle Sr., passed away on September 27, 2016, of natural causes.


Linda served 21 years in the United States Navy, before retiring to Fallon. She was an active member of the American Legion, holding the position of Commander for 2 years. She was also active with the Veteran of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary.


Linda loved gardening, especially taking care of her roses. Linda and David loved to travel and saw alot of the country.


Linda was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Vernon Tsoodle JR.


Linda is survived by the love of her life, her husband, David Lee Meyer, a marriage that had been for 25 years; her daughter and son-in-law Evelyn and Kenneth Nelson of Salt Lake City, UT; sons, Dakotah Hayes of Charleston, South Carolina, Mato Ska Hayes of Paso Robles, CA.; sisters, Nancy, Karen; and brother, Rodney Tsoodle; seven grandchildren; nieces and nephews.


A Celebration of Linda’s life will be held on Friday, October 7, 2016 at 11 A M at The Gardens Chapel.


Inurnment will follow in The Gardens Cemetery with Military Honors.
