The Misfits Theater Group is taking theater lovers back to the 1960s for plenty of laughs for a good cause.
“The Love Child” will play Oct. 14-15 and 21-22, and ticket proceeds will go to the Dayton Senior Center and Dayton Food Pantry.
The two-act melodrama centers around a young widow who finds herself at odds with an evil attorney. The hero is an attorney who takes her case to court and in the process wins her heart.
The cast encourages cheers, boos, hisses, “oohs” and “ahs” from the audience. Tickets are $10 each. For reservations, call Carol at 775-246-9622.
