Construction updates for Oct. 23-28:
Carson Street will be one lane in each direction with lane shifts planned during daytime hours through the week.
Lane shifts are planned for final striping work starting at 8 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday. All side streets should be open.
A celebration is planned on Friday to celebrate the new downtown, including a ribbon-cutting ceremony at noon in front of the Capitol Building.
