Catch The Way It Was Rodeo Sept. 17-18 in Virginia City

Rodeo is making a comeback this weekend in Virginia City with two days of bull riding, extreme bronc riding, trick roping, mutton bustin’ and more.

The Way It Was Rodeo, put on by Cotton Rosser and his Flying U rodeo team, will be at the Virginia City Arena & Fairgrounds from 1 to 3 p.m. Sept. 17-18.

The weekend also includes motorcycle versus barrel racers, dancing with the bulls and other rodeo events, in addition to plenty of food and vendors. The fairgrounds is at 458 F St.
