Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Lasagna, chopped spinach salad, garlic bread sticks and fresh oranges.

TUESDAY: Herb crusted pork chops, baked yams, green beans, pears in juice, whole wheat dinner rolls and unsalted margarine.

WEDNESDAY: Turkey divan with cheese sauce, broccoli, wild rice, watermelon and fruit juice.

THURSDAY: Teriyaki chicken, stir fry over ramen, Mandarin oranges and fruit cups.

FRIDAY: Lemon baked fish, whole wheat rolls, peas, brown rice, house salad, Italian dressing and grapes.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Cold turkey sandwiches on whole wheat bread, tomatoes, lettuce, onion, pickled beets, cranberry Jell-O salad and raisin bars.

TUESDAY: Beef tacos, ranch style beans, corn and orange rice pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Barbecue chicken, broccoli, baked beans, whole wheat rolls, margarine, apricots and vanilla pudding.

THURSDAY: Turkey pot pies, mixed green salad, Italian dressing, seven-grain bread and baked apples.

FRIDAY: Brunch for lunch: biscuits and gravy, ground pork, eggs, hash browns, apples, V8 and orange juice.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Split pea soup, meatball subs, cucumbers in sour cream and fresh oranges.

TUESDAY: Shish kebab, brown rice pilaf, colorful salad with creamy Italian dressing, whole wheat bread and sliced strawberries.

WEDNESDAY: Roasted turkey with mashed potatoes, gravy, French style green beans, cranberry sauce, rolls, fruit salad, cake and ice cream.

THURSDAY: White chicken chili with beans, corn bread, salad with romaine lettuce, bacon and Swiss cheese, and apple dessert.

FRIDAY: Easter celebration: baked ham or breaded cod, mashed potatoes, gravy, sweet potatoes, squash casserole, rolls, pineapple coleslaw and carrot cake.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 2945 Ft. Churchill Road:

MONDAY: Cold turkey sandwiches on whole wheat bread, tomatoes, lettuce, onion, pickled beets, cranberry Jell-O salad and raisin bars.

TUESDAY: Hungarian goulash, veggies, salad, bread and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Bacon cheeseburgers, potato salad, ranch beans, cottage cheese and fruit.

THURSDAY: Salmon, rice, green beans, salad and fruit.

FRIDAY: Beef dip sandwiches, macaroni salad, corn on the cob and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Pastrami and Swiss cheese on rye bread, macaroni salad, carrot and celery sticks and cake.

TUESDAY: Tuna noodle casserole, vegetable medley, sliced tomatoes, whole wheat bread and oatmeal date bars.

WEDNESDAY: Beef enchiladas, refried beans, Spanish rice, salad and fruit cocktail.

THURSDAY: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, pan gravy, salad and strudel.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 p.m.: Flour-dusted sole, rice pilaf, vegetables, coleslaw, biscuits and brownies.
