Man arrested on disorderly conduct, says Carson City Sheriff’s Office

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

MONDAY

At 11:04 a.m., Damon Kitson, 20, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic battery with strangulation near the 1800 block of Edmonds Drive. Bail was set at $15,000.

At 11:19 p.m., a 33-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct after deputies responded to reports of a man sleeping on the sidewalk near the 100 block of Winnie Lane. Bail was set at $150.

TUESDAY

At 12:29 a.m., a 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court after deputies initiated a traffic stop near the 1400 block of Como Street. Bail was set at $960.

At 1:37 a.m., a 38-year-old transient man was arrested on suspicion of failure to appear and suspended registration after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Carson Street and Winnie Lane. Bail was set at $1,050.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
