Appeal shows questionable news judgment
The paper on June 29 had a story about Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield pulling out of 14 Nevada counties, Carson City County being one of them.
Don’t you think this is being of upmost importance to its residents since Carson City is also the state capital? Instead, you hide this extremely important article on page 8. Why? Do the journalists operating the paper want to keep it in the background of its readers that Obamacare is failing and failing fast?
Funny that the Reno Gazette-Journal, that is now also printed in the Carson City Appeal building, thought the article to be of great importance that they put it on page one.
Seems to me the residents of Carson City, the state capital, are now considered second fiddle to Reno.
