The second fire in 45 days has broken out south Fairview Peak about 35 miles east of Fallon.

The fire was reported last Wednesday afternoon and is within the Bravo 17 Training Range.

At least two Navy helicopters are on the scene dropping water.

According to the Sierra Front Interagency Dispatch Center, only Navy assets at this time are fighting the fire.
