Fire blazes through triplex

A Saturday afternoon fire raced through a triplex on Rio Vista at U.S. Highway 95. Both the Fallon / Churchill Volunteer Fire Department and Federal Fire Department from Naval Air Station Fallon responded to the fire. Assistant Chief Bill Lawry of Fallon / Churchill said the fire displaced four adults. The Red Cross took care of three people, but Lawry said the fourth declined help. He said paramedics from NAS Fallon stood by, but no injuries were reported.
