The Brewery Arts Center is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with Men of Worth.

The duo plays Irish and Scottish folk music, combining traditional and contemporary styles.

Men of Worth was formed in 1986 by Scotsman Donnie Macdonald and Irishman James Keigher. Macdonald sings in his native Gaelic while Keigher adds pieces from the oral traditions of his native County Mayo. The pair have recorded 11 albums.

The concert will be in the BAC’s Maizie Harris Jesse Black Box Theater from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday.

Tickets are $20 for general admission; $18 for seniors; $15 for BAC members; and $25 at the door.

Tickets are available at breweryarts.org, in the BAC’s Artisan Store, 449 W. King St., or by phone at 775-883-1976.
