Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: Salmon, scalloped potatoes, broccoli with cheese sauce, peaches and grape juice.

TUESDAY: Sweet and sour chicken, brown rice, peas and carrots, house salad, whole wheat bread, margarine and oatmeal date bars.

WEDNESDAY: Greek salad with salami, feta cheese, olives, dressing, pita bread and fruit cups.

THURSDAY: Chicken Parmesan over linguine, peas, pineapples and berries in a cloud.

FRIDAY: Baked meatloaf, mashed potatoes, steamed spinach, lettuce and tomato salad, whole wheat bread, apple butter and fruit cups.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Beef stroganoff with noodles, broccoli and spinach salad, pears and cookies.

TUESDAY: Split pea soup, meatball subs, cucumbers in sour cream and fresh oranges.

WEDNESDAY: Brunch for lunch: chicken fried steak, gravy, scrambled eggs, hash browns, melon, V8 and orange juice.

THURSDAY: Chicken pasta primavera, colorful salad, low-sodium Italian dressing, garlic bread and orange-pineapple gelatin mold.

FRIDAY: Pizza, green beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, corn, peaches and cake.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Salisbury steak, au gratin potatoes, pasta salad, mixed vegetables and chocolate pudding.

TUESDAY: Roast turkey and gravy, yams, apples, corn on the cob, colorful salad, rolls and canned plums.

WEDNESDAY: Italian beef bake, spinach salad, peas and carrots, apple-cranberry juice and frozen vanilla yogurt with strawberries.

THURSDAY: Oven baked pork chops in mushroom sauce, roasted red potatoes, crinkled-cut carrots, Waldorf salad and Jell-O with whipped cream.

FRIDAY: Seafood ravioli with Alfredo sauce, garlic bread, Italian blend vegetables, citrus delight salad and lemon bundt cake.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 2945 Ft. Chuchill Road:

MONDAY: Cheeseburger skillet, tossed salad, balsamic vinaigrette, whole wheat dinner rolls, fruit cocktail and pink lemonade.

TUESDAY: Chicken and broccoli rice, beet salad, honeydew and cantaloupe cups and banana pudding.

WEDNESDAY: Mexican meatballs, brown rice, seasoned zucchini, garden salad, Caesar dressing, corn tortillas and fresh papaya.

THURSDAY: Beef tacos, ranch style beans, corn, pears and cookies.

FRIDAY: Biscuits and gravy, eggs and peaches.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Lasagna, spinach salad, garlic bread and oranges.

TUESDAY: Potato and bacon soup, grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches and fruit.

WEDNESDAY: Honey lemon chicken, penne, brussels sprouts, salad, fruit and rolls.

THURSDAY: Onion-smothered burgers, rice, broccoli and fruit.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 10-11: Deli subs, macaroni salad and fruit.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Turkey chili, corn bread, vegetable salad, cherry Jell-O and oranges.

TUESDAY: Sloppy Joes, baked beans, baby carrots and fruit cocktail.

WEDNESDAY: Herbed baked chicken, dressing, pan gravy, peas and onions, salad and fruit parfait.

THURSDAY: Beef stroganoff, noodles, squash, salad, rolls and sherbet.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 p.m.: Flour-dusted sole, rice pilaf, vegetables, biscuits and cake.
