Carson City Senior Citizens Center, 911 Beverly Dr.:

MONDAY: BLTs, cucumber salad, cottage cheese, cranberry juice and pudding.

TUESDAY: Chicken Parmesan, spinach spaghetti, tossed salad, assorted dressing, pineapple chunks and brownies.

WEDNESDAY: Beef nachos with tomatoes, onions, refried beans, sour cream, salsa, pickled beets and Jell-O with Mandarin oranges.

THURSDAY: Lemon baked fish, rice pilaf, broccoli, whole wheat rolls with margarine, grapes and lemon bars.

FRIDAY: Herb baked chicken, bread stuffing, pan gravy, peas and onions, house salad and mixed berry cups.

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: Low-sodium tomato soup, black bean salad, whole wheat low-sodium crackers, bread pudding and orange banana juice.

TUESDAY: Brunch for lunch: Spanish omelet, whole wheat English muffins, margarine, apricot jam and orange slices.

WEDNESDAY: Meatball sandwiches with mozzarella cheese on French rolls, green beans, potato wedges and pineapple chunks.

THURSDAY: Sloppy Joes on whole wheat buns, coleslaw, baked beans and mixed fruit.

FRIDAY: Liver and onions or Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, cauliflower, whole wheat rolls, margarine, cake and ice cream.

Douglas County Senior Center, 1329 Waterloo Lane:

MONDAY: Beef stroganoff over egg noodles, baked acorn squash, spinach salad, plums, whole wheat rolls and apple butter.

TUESDAY: Roast beef sandwiches with lettuce, tomatoes, provolone cheese, cantaloupe, spiral pasta salad, apple juice and rainbow sherbet.

WEDNESDAY: Cassoulet with chicken sausage and white beans, broccoli, garlic bread, cottage cheese, peaches and strawberry shortcake.

THURSDAY: Pepper steak, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, garbanzo salad, oat bran bread, frosted cherry dessert and Mandarin oranges.

FRIDAY: Breaded pollock, tossed salad with cherries and Brie, rice pilaf, red grapes, Key Largo vegetables and lemon bars.

Silver Springs Senior Center, 2945 Ft. Churchill Road:

MONDAY: Low-sodium tomato soup, black bean salad, whole wheat low-sodium crackers, bread pudding and orange banana juice.

TUESDAY: Brunch for lunch: Spanish omelet, whole wheat English muffins, margarine, apricot jam and orange slices.

THURSDAY: Honey mustard chicken, apricots, peas, scalloped potatoes, whole wheat rolls, margarine and cake.

FRIDAY: Chicken Cesar salad, vegetable soup, raspberry vinaigrette, whole wheat rolls, margarine, watermelon and cookies.

Storey County Senior Citizens Center, corner of E and Mill streets in Virginia City:

MONDAY: Pesto chicken Florentine with penne, salad, rolls and fruit.

TUESDAY: Lemon baked fish, rice, black beans, salad and broccoli.

WEDNESDAY: Stuffed peppers, spinach spaghetti, mixed greens, garlic bread and fruit.

THURSDAY: Country style pork ribs, mashed potatoes, green beans and salad.

FRIDAY: Turkey club sandwiches, seasoned red potatoes, sliced tomatoes and coleslaw.

Yerington Senior Center, 117 Tilson Way:

MONDAY: Philly steak on rolls, potato wedges, beans, vegetables, and fruit.

TUESDAY: Mambo pork roast, corn muffins, broccoli, salad and bananas.

WEDNESDAY: Herb baked chicken, dressing, pan gravy, peas and onions, salad and fruit parfait.

THURSDAY: Beef and cheese ravioli, salad, garlic bread and apple turnovers.

FRIDAY DINNER 5 p.m.: Salmon, scalloped potatoes, vegetable salad, dinner rolls and dessert.
