Carson City Supervisor Ward I Karen Abowd invites the community to her monthly walkabout on Friday, May 19.
This is Abowd’s way of staying in communication with her constituents, allowing her to better know where folks stand on current issues before the board and giving them an outlet for what they would like to see for Carson City’s future.
To participate, meet on the steps of Carson City Community Center at noon and enjoy a stroll through Mills Park. Take a sack lunch if desired.
