The Carson City Library is holding a 12-week U.S. citizenship study class in the Digitorium starting Sept. 30 from 2 to 4 p.m.
Sponsoring the class is the ESL In-Home Program of Northern Nevada. The curriculum handouts will be provided for each person attending.
