Man held for looking in windows, Carson City Sheriff’s Office says

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

MONDAY

A transient was arrested on suspicion of trespassing at 10:35 p.m. Bail was set at $242.

A 9:28 p.m., a 33-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of peering into windows with a deadly weapon, disorderly conduct and violation of bail conditions. The man was allegedly attempting to break into Carson City residences according to multiple reporting parties. Bail was set at $23,242.

TUESDAY

A 42-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-alcohol at 12:19 a.m. Bail was set at $1,137.

At 2:44 a.m., a 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of being in a park after hours; possession of a dangerous drug without prescription; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $3,829.


FRIDAY

At 1:38 a.m., a 37-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of a contempt of court warrant. Bail was set at $187.

THURSDAY

At 7:20 a.m. Lee Michael Lawson, 26, of Gardnerville was transported to the Carson City Jail on suspicion of a felony parole and probation hold; a contempt of court warrant; and other agency warrant out of Sparks. No bail was set.

At 3:43 p.m., a 34-year-old Dayton man was arrested on suspicion of violating a suspended sentence and petit larceny. Bail was set at $1,737.

At 3:41 p.m., Steve Williams, 21, of Gardnerville was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to sell and drug trafficking LSD/acid; failure to maintain lane; no insurance; and unregistered vehicle. He was arrested after cutting across lands of traffic in front of an office in an unregistered vehicle. A search of the vehicle found LSD/acid which was packaged in a similar manner to drugs found recently in Reno. Bail was set at $25,981.

Also arrested were:

An 18-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of obstructing justice and battery of a police officer. Bail was set at $2,912.

A 33-year-old transient was arrested on suspicion of ex-felon failure to register. Bail was set at $242.

A 35-year-old South Lake Tahoe man was arrested on suspicion of a parole and probation hold. No bail was set.

A 24-year-old transient was arrested on suspicion of a parole and probation hold. No bail was set.

A 20-year-old Gardnerville woman was arrested on suspicion of a parole and probation hold. No bail was set.

At 10:18 a.m., a 21-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct; obstructing; and fictitious registration. Bail was set at $764.

At 7:10 p.m., a 64-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery-first offense. Bail was set at $3,137.

At 9:05 p.m., a 41-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of an outstanding failure to comply warrant. No bail was set.

At 11:37 p.m., 48-year-old transient woman was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of a dangerous drugs without a prescription, suspended registration, no insurance, no vaild driver’s license and a U-turn violation. Bail was set at $6,128
