The game matches the two hottest teams in the conference. The Aztecs have won their last five and Nevada has a six-game streak … San Diego State leads the series, 8-2, since the Pack joined the Mountain West … If Nevada wins, it would tie the Mountain West record of 16 conference wins. The Aztecs won 16 in 2013-14 and 2015-16 … Nevada’s back-to-back regular-season titles is the second time a school has accomplished that.
