On Dec. 5, Carson City Elks Lodge #2177 Exalted Ruler Bruce Jurgensen, along with PER Kent Mayer, presented dictionaries to 76 third graders at Empire Elementary School. This is the third consecutive year that the Lodge has presented dictionaries to local third graders.
