Oct. 22, 1934 - Jan 29, 2019 Frank Watkins of Minden, NV passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side at the age of 84. He is survived by his wife, Carol, after being married for 63 years. Also surviving Frank are his three children; Robert, Randall, and Cindy Sue, son-in-law, Chris, daughter-in-law, Kelli, his six grandchildren, Jennifer, Billy, Brandi, Lindsey, Nick, and Mikaela, along with six great-grandchildren. Frank was born in Evanston, Illinois to Frank Sr. and Lucille Abell Watkins who have predeceased him. Frank and his family moved to the San Fernando Valley in 1950. He met the love of his life, Carol, when they both attended Van Nuys High School. After graduation Frank joined the Navy and was stationed on the U.S.S. Estes. Frank worked as a Production Manager for private electronic firms until he retired in 1994 and moved to Minden, NV. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 1:00 at Lifepoint Church, 1095 Stephanie Way, Minden, NV
