Gov. Steve Sisolak has announced an appointment to director of Public Safety.
The governor named George Togliatti as head of the Department of Public Safety. He’s a former special agent with the FBI and an associate faculty member of the UNLV College of Urban Affairs. He previously served as director of DPS under Gov. Kenny Guinn.
