Howard “Skip” is preceded in death by his loving wife Ruth Ann (April 2018) and 2 grandchildren. He is survived by his 5 children: Randall, Constance, Debora, Matthew and Mark. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. He was a compassionate man who lived and taught honesty, integrity, commitment, and sound work ethics to all who knew him. He was well respected by all and well loved by his family. Skip served 2 years in the Navy and 20 years in the Air Force. He survived 2 wars; Korean and Vietnam. He retired as a Major from the United States Air Force with several medals and honors. Thank you Dad - you will be missed - Until later.
