Sleeping driver held for DUI, Carson City Sheriff’s Office says

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

THURSDAY

• At 3:07 a.m., a 41-year-old busboy was arrested after deputies were called to an address on Imperial Way for a report of a domestic battery. He was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery 1st, violating pre-trial conditions and interfering with a victim attempting to report a crime for taking her phone away. Bail was set at $11,000.

• At 4:12 a.m., a 22-year-old was arrested in the parking lot of Slot World after security reported a vehicle with engine running, lights on and the driver passed out. He was arrested on suspicion of DUI 1st alcohol. Bail was set at $1,000.
