TO: ALL PERSONS NAMED ABOVE AND/

OR CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE

PROPERTY IDENTIFIED AS:

Lot 12, of SKYLINE SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2,

according to the map thereof, filed in the Office

of the County Recorder of Lyon County,

Nevada, on August 17, 1995, as Document

No. 184999.

The property is commonly known as 4745

Skyline Drive, Silver Springs, Nevada.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Petitioners,

the State of Nevada Department of Health

and Human Services, Division of Health Care

Financing and Policy (Nevada Medicaid), and

Suzanne Bierman, Administrator, through

undersigned counsel, having filed a Verified

Petition for the Imposition of Medicaid Lien on

Real Property (“Petition”) on the subject property

in the amount of Thirty-Five Thousand

Fifty-Five Dollars and Six Cents ($35,055.06),

a hearing has been set for June 7, 2021, at

10:30 a.m., or at such time immediately thereafter

as this matter may be heard in Department

II of the above-referenced Court, located

at 911 Harvey Way, Yerington, Nevada.

The purpose of this hearing is to establish

the record related to matters alleged in

the underlying Petition sought by Nevada

Medicaid to protect potential future recovery

of Medicaid benefits paid on behalf of the

above-named Decedent.

All persons interested in the said property are

hereby noticed to appear and show cause why,

if any, said Petition should not be granted.

A copy of the Petition may be obtained

through inquiry to the above-captioned Court,

or by contacting the undersigned attorney.
