Friends In Service Helping (FISH) is preparing for their annual Christmas meal basket giveaway after a successful Thanksgiving meal basket giveaway.
Families of two or more can make a reservation with FISH at 138 E. Long St. to pick up a bag full of ingredients for a holiday dinner: a frozen turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, broth, green beans, corn, cranberry sauce, and canned fruit.
FISH has distributed over 23,000 holiday meals since 2007. Friday, December 17th, is the last day to make a reservation. For more information, call 775-882-FISH (3474).
