The Carson City Sheriff’s Office investigation division is asking for information in a fraudulent use of a credit card that occurred in Walmart at 3200 Market St., according to a news release.
On July 6, detectives received a report of fraudulent charges on a victim’s stolen credit card. Bank statements showed several fraudulent purchases on the credit card that occurred at the Walmart.
Investigators obtained video surveillance from Walmart. A female wearing black jogging pants, blue shirt with a blue sweatshirt wrapped around her shoulders, green camo baseball hat and black sunglasses purchased several items with the stolen credit card, according to the release.
