NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sylvia L. Boggs and Arthur A. Hernandez, Co-Administrators of the Estate of Carlos Antonio Arellano, by and through estate legal counsel, William A. Baker, Esq., have filed a petition for sale of the Estate’s real property and the court has set the matter for telephonic hearing on Tuesday, August 17th, 2021 at 8:30 a.m.
This matter may be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object. Interested parties in the purchase or sale of said real property should participate in any overbid process that occurs at this hearing. This hearing is to confirm the sale of the subject property and obtain court approval for the same at this hearing.
