     NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 20, 2021, Petitioner, Orvin W. Simonson, by and through his counsel of record, MARK A. GOODMAN, ESQ., of GOODMAN LAW CENTER, P.C., filed in this Court a Petition to Confirm Sale of Real Property.
     A hearing on the Petition has been set for June 23, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. All persons interested are notified to appear and show cause why the Petition should not be granted.
