APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 90575T
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 13th day of April 2021 Rambling River Ranches of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place and manner of use of 0.25 c.f.s., 36 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 66558. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SW1/4 NW1/4 Section 27, T19N, R28E, MDB&M or at a point from which the W1/4 corner of said Section 27 bears S 37 degrees 00 minutes W a distance of 730 feet (vicinity of Arnold Way and Minnie Way in Fallon, NV). Water will be used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. Water was used for quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
