NOTICE OF MODIFICATION
TO EXISTING TARIFF
1st Response Towing, LLC d/b/a The Tow Truck Company, CPCN 7136, Sub 4, filed an application to add a tariff for their Armagosa location under Docket 21-06020.
Persons with a direct and substantial interest in the filing may file Petitions for Leave to Intervene at the Authority’s office. Such Petitions must conform to the Authority’s regulations and must be filed on or before June 30, 2021.
