Carson City road report for June 28 to July 4, 2021

Road report as of Thursday. The following applies to June 28-July 4:
Road closures are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
Clearview Drive between Oak Street and Silver Sage Drive will be closed in the westbound direction on Monday from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. for work associated with a development project. Eastbound direction will remain open. JAC buses will be detoured.
Fairview Drive between E. 5th Street and Butti Way will be closed Tuesday through Friday, 7 a.m.-5 p.m. for utility construction. Traffic will be detoured to Airport Road and Butti Way. Please plan accordingly.
Rice Street between Carson Street and Fall Street will be closed on Saturday, 8 a.m.-9 p.m. for a private event.
Rocky Bluff Drive between Lookout Peak Drive and Tule Peak Circle will be closed in both directions on Monday and Tuesday, 7 a.m.-5 p.m. for construction. Please plan accordingly.
Lane restrictions are expected at the following locations due to road/utility work:
Center Drive between Snyder Avenue and Carson City/Douglas County Line will have periodic lane closures with flaggers, Thursday from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. for coring work. Please follow any marked detour routes.
Northridge Drive between Eastridge Drive and Carriage Crest Drive will be reduced to one lane with flaggers, Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. for a roadway reconstruction project. There will be intermittent closures at the intersections of Northridge Drive and Carriage Crest Drive, Spooner Drive, and Southcrest Road. Please use caution and follow marked detour routes.
Division Street between Kings Street and Musser Street will have shoulder work Monday, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Please use caution and follow all roadwork zone signage.
U.S. 50 between Nichols Lane and Arrowhead Drive will have overnight single lane closures, Monday, 5 p.m.-6 a.m., and Tuesday, 5 p.m.-midnight for highway surface patching. Please observe reduced speed limits and follow all roadwork zone signage. Delays may last up to 15 minutes.
