NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
Churchill County Board of Commissioners
will hold a public hearing on May 19, 2021,
at approximately 2:30 PM, to be held in the
Commission Chambers, County Administration
Building, 155 North Taylor Street, Suite 145,
Fallon, Nevada, on the following matter:
A Nuisance Complaint filed by Thomas
Keyes against the Sage Hill Partnership, dba
Sage Hill Dairy, concerning the use of propane
cannons for bird control at the dairy located
at 3525 Keyes Way, Fallon, Churchill County,
Nevada.
If you cannot attend the meeting, written
comments may be submitted to the County
Clerk’s Office, 155 No. Taylor Street, Suite
110, Fallon, Nevada 89406, before 11:00 AM
on May 19, 2021.
