GIVEN, that on the

Reno, Nevada made
application to the State
Engineer of Nevada for
permission to change
the point of diversion,
place and manner
of use of 0.43 c.f.s.,
53.00 a.f.a., a portion
of water heretofore
appropriated under
Permit 72096. Water
will be diverted from an
underground source at
a point located within
the SW1/4 NE1/4,
Section 5, T18N,
R26E, MDB&M or at
a point from which the
C1/4 corner of said
Section 5 bears S 65
degrees 39 minutes
50 seconds W., a
distance of 290.00 feet
(approx. 6 miles E-NE
of Silver Springs, NV).
Water will be used for
industrial purposes
from January 1st to
December 31st of
each year. The existing
point of diversion
was located within
the NE1/4 NE1/4 of
Section 30, T18N,
R25E, MDB&M, or
at a point from which
the NE corner of said
Section 30 bears N 80
degrees 38 minutes 32
seconds E, a distance
of 802.00 feet. Water
was used for quasimunicipal
purposes
from January 1st to
December 31st of
each year.
