NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified trustee of the BERNHARD FAMILY TRUST AGREEMENT. ALEXANDER K. BERNHARD, the settlor of that trust, died on April 20, 2021. A creditor having a claim against the settlor or against the trust estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this Notice.
