NOTICE TO CREDITORS
(The John A. Tanzi trust)
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned are the duly appointed and qualified trustees of The John A. Tanzi Trust which was created by John A. Tanzi (also known as John Anthony Tanzi) as settlor by trust agreement dated March 13, 1989, which was amended and restated by instrument dated December 15, 2015. John A. Tanzi died on August 14, 2021.All creditors having a claim against John A. Tanzi or the trust estate of The John A. Tanzi Trust must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the mailing or the first publication (as the case may be) of this notice.
