Notice is hereby given that RANDAL S. KUCKENMEISTER has been appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of the Garth S. and Joan M. Richards 1980 Family Trust, dated October 9, 1980, the settlor, Garth S. Richards, of that trust died on September 12, 2021 and Joan M. Richards resigned as Trustee on September 10, 2021. All creditors having claims against the Trust are required to file the claims with Steven P. Handelin, Esq. of Handelin Law, LTD, P.O. Box 4568, Carson City, NV 89702, within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
