JOHN R PERL, an individual, Plaintiff v. D.S. HENDERSON an individual, Respondent, v JULIE BUTLER, DIRECTOR OF THE MOTOR VEHICLES, STATE OF NEVADA, respondent. To the Defendant: 1) A civil Complaint has been filed by the Plaintiff against you. If you wish to defend this lawsuit, you must, within TWENTY (20) days after receipt of this SUMMONS, exclusive of the day of service, file with this Court a written response to this Complaint. 2) Unless you respond, a default will be entered upon application of the Plaintiff, and this Court may enter a judgment against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint, which could result in the taking of money or property. 3) If you wish to see the advice of an attorney in this matter, you should do so promptly so that your response may be filed timely. 4) You are required to serve your response upon Plaintiff and/or Plaintiff’s Attorney at P.O. Box 4568 Carson City NV 89702. This action is being brought forth to seek quiet title to personal property, namely a 1967 Chevrolet, with the serial number 115377W167868.
