California man charged with setting fires, Carson City Sheriff's Office says

The following people were booed into the Carson City Jail. All are presumed innocent until convicted in court.
THURSDAY
• At 5:39 p.m., Lee Knapp, 40, a transient from Shasta County California was charged with third degree arson after deputies were called to the area of Bodine’s Casino. A witness reported seeing the defendant set several bushes in the area on fire with a can of white gas. When deputies spotted him, he was holding the can of gas and the arrest report says he appeared to be about to set another fire in the parking lot. He was also charged with obstruction for giving deputies a false name. Bail was set at $3,500.
SATURDAY
• At 10:21 p.m., a 61-year-old Dayton man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-first alcohol after a traffic stop outside the Gold Dust West. Bail was set at $1,000.
SUNDAY
• At 9:22 p.m., two men were charged with burglary at a commercial building on Arrowhead Drive. The owner told deputies he saw four people in the building on his cameras but only two were there when deputies arrived. Carlos Moreno Ricardez, 18, and Yakov Krassovskly, 18 were each held on $20,000 bail.
MONDAY
• At 1:07 a.m., Theresa Suarez, 33, was arrested on suspicion of drug charges after the vehicle she was riding in was stopped for a traffic violation at Long and Stewart. The drugs were found in a small plastic bag that also contained her ID and credit cards. In addition, she was charged with possession of a prescription pill found in her purse. Bail was set at $5,000.
