FAMILY TRUST,

2004, and as amended
on June 30, 2004. That
JOHN A. SOBRASKE
was the Grantor and
original Trustee of said
Trust. That JOHN A.
SOBRASKE, also
known as JOHN
ALBERT SOBRASKE,
died on September
11, 2021. A creditor
having a claim against
the trust estate on
behalf of JOHN A.
SOBRASKE must
submit his or her claim
to the undersigned on
behalf of the currently
acting Trustee within
ninety (90) days after
the first publication of
this notice.
