NOTICE OF INTENT TO 

SELL REAL PROPERTY 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that JAMES MCCALL, Administrator of the Estate of GAIL LOUISE MCCALL, will sell at private sale to the highest and best bidder (net to the estate), upon the terms and conditions hereineafter mentioned, and subject to confirmation by the above-entitled Court, all right, title and interest of the Estate of GAIL LOUISE MCCALL, Deceased, at the time of her death, and all right, title and interest that the estate has acquired by operation of law, or otherwise, in and to the real property located at 980 Mason Road, Fernley, NV 89408, Churchill County, Nevada : APN 007- 031-09, and more particularly described as follows: 

Parcel B of Parcel Map for Archie W. And Hazel M. Jackson, Eugene and Betty Ceresola recorded March 22, 1979, under Document No. 163306, Official Records, Churchill County, Nevada 

Bids or offers are invited for said property and must be in writing and will be received by LeeAnn Chaffin, Chaffin Real Estate Service, 200 E. Main Street, Suite 102, Fernley, NV 89408, or bids may be filed with the office of the Clerk of Court. Bids or offers will be received through October 19, 2021. The sale will occur October 19,2021, subject to later confirmation by the Court at a Court hearing. 

The sale will be on the following terms: 

Payment of $240,000.00 cash at close of escrow and “AS IS”. 

The Administrator of the Estate reserves the right to reject any and all bids. 

This document does not contain the social security number of any person.
