NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Theoden Netoff was duly appointed and qualified by the above-entitled Court on July 12, 2021, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Nancy Jo Netoff, Deceased.
All creditors having claims against said estate are required to file the same, with the paper vouchers attached, with the Clerk of the Court within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
Pursuant to NRS 239B.030, the undersigned does hereby affirm that this document does not contain the social security number of any person.
