Notice is hereby
given that Suzanne
Merrill Newel and
Cynthia Merrill
O’Malley are the duly
appointed and qualified
Successor Co-Trustees
of The Marjorie Merrill
Luippold 1996 Trust,
and that Marjorie Merrill
Luippold, the Grantor
and Trustee of said
Trust, died on or about
September 21, 2021,
being at the time of
her death a resident of
Carson City, Nevada. A
creditor having a claim
against the trust estate
must file a claim with
the undersigned at the
address given below
within ninety (90) days
after the mailing or the
first publication of this
Notice, as the case
may be, of this Notice.
