Nevada investigators have arrested Angelica Aguliar, 25, on charges she attempted to smuggle meth into Ely State Prison for an inmate.
Aguilar had been an employee in the prison’s food services section since last April.
When arrested, she had 16 grams of meth on her person. It was discovered when she arrived to begin her shift.
She has been charged with possession of meth and one count of furnishing a controlled substance to a state prisoner. She was booked into the White Pine County Jail, held in lieu of $20,000 bail.
