NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that GORDON
R. MUIR is the duly appointed and qualified
Trustee of the KIM DIAZ TRUST dated August
14, 2012. KIM DIAZ, also known as KIMI N.
DIAZ, the Trustor of that Trust, died on April
20, 2022. A creditor having a claim against
KIM DIAZ, also known as KIMI N. DIAZ, her
estate or the trust estate must file a claim with
the Trustee at the address given below within
ninety (90) days after the first publication of
this notice.
