NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

By virtue of a Writ of Execution issued on the

4th day of August, 2022, out of the Eighth

Judicial District Court, in the County of Clark,

State of Nevada, upon a Judgment, in an

action wherein AZG LIMITED PARTNERSHIP

is the Plaintiff and Judgment Creditor

(the “Judgment Creditor”), and MMJ AMERICA

HOLDING COMPANY LLC and MMJ

AMERICA JS LLC, are the Defendants and

Judgment Debtors (the “Judgment Debtors”)

for the judgment owed to Judgment Creditor,

in the amount of $337,837.83 as of August

4, 2022, with the total of said sum continuing

to bear post judgment interest at the rate

of 6.75% per annum from the date of the

Writ until paid in full, which execution was

directed and delivered to me as Sheriff in and

for Carson City, Nevada, I have levied upon

all the right, title and interest of Defendants/

Judgment Debtors in and to the following

described personal property, to wit: MMJ

America JS, LLC’s Management & Joint

Venture Agreement Between Nevada Holistic

Medicine LLC and MMJ America JS, LLC

dated as of August 15, 2014. NOTICE IS

HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Sheriff

as aforesaid will sell all the right, title and

interest of the above-described property to

the highest bidder, for cash, cashier’s check

or money order at public auction, at the front

steps of the Carson City Courthouse, 885 E.

Musser St., Carson City NV 89701, on August

24, 2022, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. (PST) of

that day to satisfy the said execution together

with costs thereon.
