NOTICE OF FILING AND OF PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to the Carson City Charter, Section 2.110, I, Aubrey Rowlatt,

Carson City Clerk, do hereby certify that on this 18th day of August

2022, the proposed ordinances, hereafter referred to by number and

title, were filed with the Clerk of Carson City, State of Nevada, for public

distribution. Public notice is hereby given that copies of the proposed

ordinances are available for inspection at the Clerk’s Office, 885 East

Musser Street, Suite 1032, Carson City. The public hearing on the

proposed ordinances is scheduled for Thursday, September 15, 2022

at the regular meeting of the Carson City Board of Supervisors, which

begins at 8:30 a.m., in the Community Center, Robert “Bob” Crowell

Board Room, 851 East William Street, Carson City, Nevada.

An ordinance relating to Marijuana; establishing various provisions governing

curbside pickup service for Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and

Retail Marijuana Stores; and providing other matters properly relating

thereto.

Bill No. 118

An ordinance relating to Marijuana; revising provisions to increase

the number of authorized Marijuana Retail Stores; revising provisions

governing co-location requirements for Marijuana Retail Stores and

Medical Marijuana Dispensaries; revising provisions to remove prohibitions

against drive-through services for Marijuana Retail Stores and

Medical Marijuana Dispensaries; and providing other matters properly

relating thereto.
